Study Description: The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes of sorority chapter members who identify as female and heterosexual toward those who identify as non-heterosexual and/or gender conforming. This study is designed to examine if there are any prejudice or non-prejudice attitudes or feelings toward a chapter member or if there would be any undue tension or problems if a chapter member were to initiate an individual who identifies as non-heterosexual and/or non-gender conforming.

Eligibility Criteria: Inclusion criteria (must meet all criteria to be eligible): Currently enrolled college students Currently active (member in good standing) in a National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) affiliated sorority organization Between the ages 18-24 Identify as female and heterosexual Exclusion criteria: Alumnae chapters and their members Members of the North-American Interfraternity Conference Members of any other sorority not listed as an active organization on the NPC websites

Compensation: No, subjects will not be compensated.
