Study Description: To compare the existing method of topical laryngeal anesthesia via lidocaine drip through a flexible catheter to aerosolized lidocaine administered via Directed Ultrasonic Application Local Anesthetic medical system (DUALAMS)

Eligibility Criteria: 1. At least 21 years of age 2. Physician diagnosis of: tracheal or subglottic stenosis or laryngeal papillomas 3. No surgery within the prior 3 months 4. Able to speak and read English
Compensation: Yes, subjects will be compensated.
Compensation Explanation: Each participant will be given $25 compensation for participation and completion of the study. It will be given at the end of study, after completion of the 2 study visits.
