Target Audience: Research members of institutions participating as a site for a protocol in which Augusta University is the coordinating center: Regulatory Coordinator, Research Manager, Protocol Coordinator, Research Coordinator, Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Associate, Nurse Clinician, Research Associate, and/or Research Assistant.

Training covers OnCore basics, such as navigating OnCore, personalizing the home page, and an overview of the PC and CRA/Subjects consoles.

Instructions:

1. View each module, and follow the prompts which will ask you to complete a task.
2. After all sessions have been viewed, complete the short quiz.
3. Complete “Access Request Form Non-Augusta University/AUMC Employees”.
4. Send completed “Access Request Form Non-Augusta University/AUMC Employees” to the Augusta University Protocol Coordinator for the multi-center study you are participating in.
5. The Protocol Coordinator will forward the access request form to the OnCore office.
6. The OnCore Office will create your user account and send new account information to you via email.

Target Audience: Biostatistician, Statistician, Data Manager

The Biostat Console is used to extract data from OnCore for use in statistical analysis tools. This training covers how data is populated in the Biostat Console, viewing subject accrual information, forms, SAEs, data exporting, and the protocol calendar. This online session serves as training for statisticians listed as research members for a particular protocol to gain access to study information in OnCore.

Instructions:

1. Request access to the Biostatisticians Console overview by contacting the OnCore Office (OnCore@augusta.edu). Access can only be granted to individuals with an institution-affiliated email address (cannot have a Yahoo, Gmail, etc. address).
2. The OnCore Office will send you a link to the overview material and access to the OnCore TRAIN database.
3. After reading the information and testing your grasp of the material, complete the “Access Request Form Augusta Univ-AUMC Users” or “Access Request Form Non-Augusta University/AUMC Employees”.
4. Send completed/signed request form to OnCore@augusta.edu.
5. The Augusta University OnCore Office will create your user account and send new account information to you via email.

PRE-RECORDED FORTE TRAINING VIDEOS FOR ONCORE BASICS

For Augusta University research staff who cannot attend the OnCore Basics instructor-led training session, an available option is to view two of the pre-recorded training videos located on the Learning Portal, "Protocol Management webinar v14" and "Subject Management webinar." After viewing these two videos, a competency quiz must be passed before access to OnCore can be granted.
