Early registration is encouraged to reserve your spot. In the event of cancellation, the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, is refundable if the registration is received by June 15, 2018.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Due to new credit card processing guidelines our policies and procedures have changed. We can no longer accept mailed or faxed registrations with credit card information. If you wish to register via check please download/print the registration form from the electronic brochure and mail it along with your check to the address listed on the form.


Cancellation Policy

Augusta University is not responsible for any circumstance making it impossible to attend their continuing education courses due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities. If Augusta University cancels a continuing education activity you will be refunded your registration fee.

If you wish to opt out of any photographic images during the CE course, please notify the course director at the time of the program!
