 The Medical Center Employee Relations section of Human Resources

  • Supports employees and managers
  • Drives open communication through chain of command (See Conflict Resolution policy)
  • Provides conflict resolution/mediation, education and guidance on HR policies, Employee Handbook, and coaching, counseling, and discharge procedures    
  • Investigates and responds to discrimination, harassment, workplace violence   
  • Coordinates discharge dispute and unemployment compensation processes
