Oak Hall, dedicated to the first year experience, offers 412 beds within a five story building. Elm Hall, features 312 studio, one and two bedroom apartment style rooms for graduate students.
Uniquely designed with the students in mind, the colors, layout, furnishings and variety of open spaces for greeting, gathering, chatting, studying and more make for a unique and unforgettable residential on-campus experience for the students.

Undergraduate students at Augusta University have the opportunity to live at University Village, a gated, fully-furnished apartment style community located on the Forest Hills Campus.
