The Green Team Composition

The Green Team is made up of representation from Augusta University, AU Medical Center and Physicians Practice Group (here after The Enterprise). This encompasses a diverse range of stakeholders and perspectives to ensure that sustainable principles and practices optimize resource allocations and achieve the sustainability objectives established by The Green Team.

Meeting Structure

  • Team meetings are open to every employee, held on a monthly basis and announced via email.
  • The Team governs by consensus of its members.
  • The Team assigns duties to team members and work groups.
  • The Chairs facilitate meetings and serve as liaison between The Team and Senior Administration.
  • The Chair's administrative assistant or designee records and documents all meetings and performs tasks to help achieve the Team's objective.
  • A member may withdraw at any time, by notifying the Chair.
