Medication Refills

We are happy to help with your child's medication refills.

  • Step 1: Verify, with your pharmacy, that there are no additional refills available or on hold.
  • Step 2: Ask your pharmacy to fax us a refill request - Fax: 706.721.8512.
  • Step 3: If your pharmacy cannot send the request, you may call us and make the request. Be prepared to provide the following information:
    • Your child's first and last name
    • Date of birth
    • Medication name(s)
    • Pharmacy name, pharmacy location (street, city), pharmacy phone number
    • Your phone number

It make take up to 24 hours for your refill authorization to be submitted.

It is important to note that refills can be denied by the Nurse Practitioners and Physicians if your child has not been seen in an appropriate amount of time. It is important that you keep up with appointments and make every effort to attend each one.

Prior Authorizations: Some insurance companies require prior authorizations (PA's) to be completed before medications can be filled. We make every effort to complete these requests in a timely manner. Once we receive the pharmacy request, we submit paperwork to your insurance company. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes the insurance company to approve/deny the medication.

New Patient Referrals

We only accept new patients on a referral basis. Your PCP/Pediatrician must send us a new patient referral in order to schedule an appointment.
