Requirements

To be considered for the Pain Medicine Fellowship, candidates must have successfully completed or be in the last year of training in a U.S. ACGME accredited residency.

Prospective candidates must be either a U.S. citizen, eligible for J-1 Sponsorship by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, or possess a valid U.S. Permanent Resident Card or valid Employment Authorization Document. All international medical graduates must also hold a currently valid certificate from ECFMG.

Applications accepted for two fellowship positions each year via ERAS® and are selected through the NRMP Match process. If you wish to be considered for an interview, please ensure that we receive all required documentation. Qualified applicants are contacted via ERAS to schedule an interview.
