Patient Profile

Moselle Palmer,
Hodgkin’s Lymphoma,
Healing Arts Program Patient

At a recent exhibition of patient work at the
Morris Museum of Art, Moselle Palmer proudly
displayed pieces that included a flower, a boat,
a doodle, a heart and a smoking snail. She called
her Georgia Cancer Center art experience “fabulous,”
noting that the therapy has made her much more
confident.

“That program teaches me how to live on life’s
terms,” she says. “It’s fantastic, and it makes
me feel better about myself because I can see
there’s some growth I didn’t know was there.”
