Group Fitness Programs


The Group Fitness Program is a fun and unique opportunity for you to reach your fitness and wellness goals! A wide variety of classes are available for all interests and skill levels. Each class is taught by an experienced and certified instructor and is free to students and members.

Class Descriptions

Barre (60 min)
Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga, and functional training in which the moves are choreographed to motivating music.  In each energizing and targeted workout you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.
Bootcamp (60 min)
Mix up your workout routine with this versatile boot camp that blends various styles of HIIT, resistance training, balance work, kickboxing, and more.  Develop a strong mind and body that will excel in all the adventures life has to offer.
Core Express (30 min)
A core focused program that will hit all areas of the core.  Plank and crunch your way to a lean and strong midsection while strengthening those stabilizer muscle groups.  Focus on improving everyday functionality of your abdominals to increase strength using floor and mat based exercises.
Insanity (60 min)
Insanity is a predesigned interval class that requires no equipment and is easy to learn and fun to participate in.  Max interval training has you working as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals followed by 30-second rest periods in between.  According to the Insanity web site, exercising at this extreme intensity level will help you burn up to 1,000 calories per hour.
Spinning (60)
Take the Journey!  Pedal your way through this high-powered cycle class including drills, hills, and sprints.
WERQ (60 min)
WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music.  The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses.  WERQ is taught by Certified Fitness Professionals so the WERQout is safe and effective.
Yoga (60 min)
This class allows relaxation of the mind and body while improving flexibility and concentration. All levels are welcome. 
Zumba (60 min)
 Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and east to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!  Participants experience an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements!
