Group Fitness Programs


The Group Fitness Program is a fun and unique opportunity for you to reach your fitness and wellness goals! A wide variety of classes are available for all interests and skill levels. Each class is taught by an experienced and certified instructor and is free to students and members.

Class Descriptions

Bootcamp (60 min)
Mix up your workout routine with this versatile boot camp that blends various styles of HIIT, resistance training, balance work, kickboxing, and more!  Develop a strong mind and body that will excel in all the adventures life has to offer!
Spinning (60)
Take the Journey!  Pedal your way through this high-powered cycle class including drills, hills, and sprints.
Yoga (60 min)
This class allows relaxation of the mind and body while improving flexibility and concentration. All levels are welcome. 
Spin Express (30 min)
Express version of our Spinning class that is a high energy cardio class that includes a mixture of flats, hills, and sprints to feel the power in your core and legs at any ability level.
